On the 23rd, the Mapo Police Station in Seoul announced that MINO was sent to the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office the previous day on charges of violating the Military Service Law without detention.
MINO, who served as a public service worker, completed his 1 year and 9 months of duty on December 23 last year. However, he has been accused and investigated three times for not fulfilling his service hours, citing reasons such as sick leave and annual leave.
Initially, MINO's side claimed that he had served properly. However, as the investigation progressed, it was generally revealed that he had admitted to the allegations.
