The group BBGIRLS is set to remake a nostalgic hit by Byun Jin-sub.
BBGIRLS will release their new digital single 'Wish List' on May 28th at 6 PM through various online music sites.
'Wish List' is a remake of the 1989 hit song by singer Byun Jin-sub. BBGIRLS plans to reinterpret 'Wish List' with their unique sensibility and color, promising to showcase a fresh charm.
In particular, BBGIRLS is raising anticipation by announcing the release of the remake as a surprise gift for their fans, known as 'BBee', ahead of their first official fan meeting 'Missing File 0803' on June 8th, following their team name change.
After announcing a fresh start with GLG last year, BBGIRLS released their second single 'LOVE 2' in January. 'LOVE 2' has steadily gained popularity, re-entering major domestic music charts and proving once again the group's power as 'comeback icons' following their hit 'Rollin'.'
Moreover, they have achieved the number one spot on the Australian iTunes K-pop chart, secured top positions in 10 other countries, and climbed the ranks in dance and electronic charts. They have also made it to the top ranks of Apple Music Korea's dance chart, receiving a warm reception from fans both domestically and internationally.
Meanwhile, BBGIRLS' digital single 'Wish List' will be available on various online music sites at 6 PM on May 28th.
