Big Ocean, the world's first idol group composed of members with hearing impairments, has been named in Forbes' "30 Under 30" list, showcasing their global influence.

On May 14th (local time), the prestigious American business magazine Forbes announced its "30 Under 30 Asia 2025 List" on its website. Among those selected in the entertainment and sports category were Big Ocean and another K-pop boy group, Stray Kids.

Forbes highlighted Big Ocean, stating, "The K-pop group Big Ocean is also receiving significant attention. As the world's first idol group with hearing-impaired members, their agency, Parastar Entertainment, focuses on supporting artists with disabilities."

Furthermore, Forbes introduced Big Ocean by saying, "The group's vocals are recorded using AI, and on stage, they wear special vibration devices to synchronize their dance moves. Big Ocean released their debut mini-album in November 2024 and has amassed over a million followers on Instagram."

Forbes' "30 Under 30" list recognizes the most influential individuals under the age of 30 across various industries, including technology, business, entertainment, arts, science, and social issues, highlighting emerging stars in these fields.

Recently, Big Ocean has made a strong impression with the title track "ATTENTION" from their second mini-album "Underwater," moving away from their previous refreshing concept to showcase a more mature image.
