BY4M Studios, known for distributing hits like 'The Match', 'Firefighter', and 'Hitman 2', is now expanding into the realm of actor management.
BY4M Studios has established a new talent management firm, ABM COMPANY, specializing in nurturing up-and-coming actors. The company has appointed Lee Jae-eun, a former executive of C-JeS Entertainment, as its CEO.
The name ABM stands for Artist Branding & Management, signaling a departure from the traditional agency model. ABM COMPANY aims to build a revolutionary management system centered around branding, content integration, and strategies tailored to digital natives. By adopting a dual-track structure that separates management and branding, the company plans to evaluate new actors based on a triple index of acting skills, visual appeal, and social media influence.
Additionally, ABM COMPANY intends to develop a system for optimal matching with leading production companies, offering a flexible model for nurturing talent in the rapidly evolving content market.
A representative from BY4M Studios stated, "ABM COMPANY will not only focus on management but also serve as a hub for actor branding and content connection. We aim to break the conventional industry mold, transforming each actor into a standalone brand."
BY4M Studios is a content company engaged in film, drama, music, publishing, and advertising. Recently, it has also made successful forays into film distribution with titles like 'Firefighter', 'Hitman 2', and 'The Match'.
