Before the match, the coaches of Balladream and Streaming Power met. Balladream's coach Hyun Young-min asked Streaming Power's coach Park Ju-ho, "I heard you've been focusing a lot on European soccer," inquiring which team they modeled their game after for today's match.
Park Ju-ho opened up, saying, "You might not know, but it's Atletico Madrid." To which Hyun Young-min retorted, "I visited last month," and probed, "Does it really fit with Koreans? How's the performance with European soccer tactics?"
Park Ju-ho elaborated on why he employs European soccer tactics. Hearing this, Hyun Young-min threw a zinger, "Are you playing that kind of soccer because you're not going to get fired?" causing an uproar of laughter.
Unfazed, Park Ju-ho hit back, "Atletico gives Real and Barcelona a hard time, right? That's exactly our position. But Balladream isn't quite Real or Barcelona, is it?" sparking interest with his provocation.
