The project led by singer G-DRAGON, 'Good Day 2025', will release its track and music video at 6 PM on the 24th.
This single reinterprets the classic hits 'Telepathy' and 'Moonlight by the Window' from Urban Children into a 2025 version.
Led by G-DRAGON, the project features a lineup of top artists from various fields in South Korea, including Hwang Jung-min, Defconn, Hong Jin-kyung, Jung Hyung-don, Jo Se-ho, Kian84, Ahn Sung-jae, TAEYANG, Jung Hae-in, Hwang Kwang-hee, Im Si-wan, Lee Soo-hyuk, DAESUNG, Code Kunst, CL, Kim Go-eun, Day6, SEVENTEEN BSS, and aespa, who have all come together through the MBC program 'Good Day'. 'Good Day 2025 (Telepathy+Moonlight by the Window)' is more than just a remake; it's a delightful serenade that bridges generations, generating excitement and anticipation even before its release.
This project began with the intention of using the essential power of music to convey positive messages to people. G-DRAGON's vision of "wanting music's power to be used for good" has shaped this project to create 'good days' through music, adding not only the music itself but also the authenticity of the participating artists to deliver a truly special resonance.
The music video for 'Good Day 2025' is also set to be released alongside the track. The video, reminiscent of the Urban Children era, features the project's artists, delivering both emotion and laughter to fans with their charming presence. Despite some artists making their music video debut, the set was reportedly filled with natural laughter.
Moreover, this project goes beyond just releasing music. G-DRAGON and the production company TEO are practicing a virtuous cycle of giving back to society with a portion of the proceeds from the 'Good Day' track. On March 28th, they donated 116.88 million won to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association for wildfire damage recovery, with plans for additional donations to support underprivileged children and teenagers in the future.
