The heartwarming reunion of actor Im Hyun-sik and Tony's mom on 'My Little Old Boy' captured viewers' hearts.

The April 6th episode of SBS's 'My Little Old Boy' topped the Sunday television show ratings with a 3.2% viewership among the 20-49 demographic, according to Nielsen Korea. It also achieved a 12.6% rating in the metropolitan area, making it the number one weekly variety show.

The episode featured a special appearance by DAESUNG of BIGBANG, who energized the studio with his performance of "Look at Me, Gwisun." DAESUNG, who had planned to marry before turning 40, humorously admitted, "I might have to push that deadline to 45." When asked by MC Seo Jang-hoon whether he would prefer a blind date set up by G-DRAGON or TAEYANG, DAESUNG pondered before jokingly choosing TAEYANG, citing his married status as a reason.

The show's oldest member, Im Hyun-sik, reunited with Tony's mom, Lee Ok-jin, a year after their initial meeting. When Tony An, accompanied by Kim Jun-ho and Im Won-hee, visited, Im Hyun-sik eagerly asked if Tony's mom had mentioned him. Tony surprised everyone by saying, "When I was young, I wished someone like Mr. Hyun-sik could be my dad. I wanted to be like Soon-dol from 'Under the Same Roof'."

Tony An shared his feelings about seeing his mom smile brightly, saying, "It's been a while since I've seen her so happy. It's the first time I've seen her laughing and talking with a man." Im Hyun-sik, upon hearing that Tony's mom likes intellectuals who speak foreign languages, boasted about his Spanish skills, having taken classes at the University of Madrid, and showed a clear fondness for Tony.

When Lee Ok-jin made a surprise appearance, Im Hyun-sik immediately began flirting, leaving Tony flustered. Im Hyun-sik's line, "Since meeting you, I've forgotten the names of flowers," was met with Lee Ok-jin's witty retort, "Why? Do you have memory loss?" which had everyone in stitches.

A particularly touching moment was when Tony An called Im Hyun-sik "Dad" for the first time in 17 years, to which Im warmly responded, "Yes, my son," moving everyone in the studio.

Meanwhile, Kim Jun-ho's unfortunate situation of having nowhere to go due to delays in moving into his newlywed home was revealed. His sister's relentless teasing as she woke him from a drunken sleep had everyone laughing. She humorously recalled warning Kim's girlfriend, Jimin, to "run while you can," but admired their strong relationship. Jimin's mom also expressed amazement, saying, "When Jun-ho lifts his shirt, we see his belly, but Jimin sees fair skin."

Kim Jun-ho shared that he handed over financial control to Jimin after a night of drinking together. When he asked how much allowance he would get, she replied, "I'll give you 10% of what you earn," which impressed his sister, who called Jimin smart.

In a previous episode, Kim Seung-soo was advised to express his suppressed anger, leading him to create an "anger room" at home. Initially awkward, he soon unleashed his frustrations on a punching bag, surprising his mom. Inside a soundproof booth, he humorously lamented, "Do you think I'm single because I want to be? I just can't get married now!" turning the studio into a sea of laughter.

Following the advice from his counseling session, Kim Seung-soo attempted to have a meal and drinks paid for by a junior colleague. However, as he tried to find the right moment to ask, the junior's tales of financial struggles made him lose his resolve. When the junior ended up paying, Kim Seung-soo felt uneasy and ended up giving him taxi fare. MC Seo Jang-hoon praised him, saying, "At least today, you're not in the red."

The episode ended with a teaser for next week's show, featuring Kim Young-chul's blind date, raising anticipation. 'My Little Old Boy' airs every Sunday at 9 PM.
