The first appearance of 'Red Rabbit' Lee Kyung-eon in 'Possessed Love 2' has turned the tables in the Possessed House.
In the sixth episode of SBS's 'Possessed Love 2', which aired on the 1st, the mysterious 'Red Rabbit' Lee Kyung-eon made a grand entrance, and a lottery-based date selection took place.
Four female fortune tellers scratched off lottery tickets to choose their dates in order of their rankings. As a result, first place Lee Ra-yoon chose shaman Lee Kang-won, second place Hong Yoo-ra picked tarot reader Yoon Sang-hyuk, third place Chae Yoo-kyung selected saju reader Ha Byung-yeol, and fourth place Kim Yoon-jung opted for shaman Jung Hyun-woo.
Meanwhile, a new resident arrived, capturing the attention of all the men. The identity of the much-talked-about 'Red Rabbit' Lee Kyung-eon was finally revealed. The new resident had the privilege of having a 15-minute one-on-one conversation with each man and then choosing one for a date. Lee Kyung-eon said, "I felt a good vibe when you walked in, and I wanted to talk more," choosing Yoon Sang-hyuk. As their first date was set, MC Yoo In-na commented, "It feels like romance is in the air," while Gabi added, "They look good together, and they both bring something new," cheering on their budding romance.
However, an unexpected twist awaited the ten fortune tellers. Hong Yoo-ra, who had her eyes set on Yoon Sang-hyuk, was left out of the Possessed House due to Lee Kyung-eon's choice. Meanwhile, Jang Ho-am, who wasn't chosen by Chae Yoo-kyung, remained in the house. Yoo In-na remarked, "It's really hard to find a connection," and Gabi sympathized, saying, "It must feel like a rejected confession." Jang Ho-am also expressed his mixed feelings, saying, "I felt disappointed and jealous. It was a whirlwind of emotions," capturing the chaotic and intense atmosphere of the house.
Amidst the lottery date shake-up, Chae Yoo-kyung charmed viewers with her straightforward approach towards Ha Byung-yeol. She admitted, "Just looking at his face and having a conversation made me nervous," showing her deep interest in Ha Byung-yeol. Even Yoo Seon-ho noticed, saying, "Yoo-kyung's energy is different," surprised by her demeanor compared to when she dated Jang Ho-am. Ha Byung-yeol also shared his thoughts, "I like getting to know different people. Meeting others can fill in the gaps, and differences can be good," while slowly opening up to her. Chae Yoo-kyung boldly expressed, "I wanted to tell you that I have feelings for you," and asked, "Are we getting closer to being 'us'?" intensifying the excitement.
Meanwhile, Yoon Sang-hyuk and Lee Kyung-eon went on a makgeolli-making experience. Yoon Sang-hyuk, curious about what kind of person she was, enjoyed a warm date as they shared family stories. Lee Kyung-eon revealed, "Asking if you get along with your sibling was my way of showing interest," and expressed her growing affection for Yoon Sang-hyuk. Their first date was so successful that Yoo In-na praised it as "smooth and seamless," and Gabi commented, "It's comfortable without any awkwardness."
On the other hand, Jang Ho-am and Hong Yoo-ra, left behind as date dropouts, spent time together in the Possessed House. Hong Yoo-ra offered Jang Ho-am a reading, sensing his anxiety about sticking to his original decision. When the 'beggar card' appeared, indicating a lack of emotion, she advised, "It might be better to observe a bit more than to rush. Even if it's tough emotionally, a new phase could begin. A turning point might come."
Jang Ho-am also received a reading suggesting that "the divine's intentions might change, things could go awry," which left him questioning, "I'm so sure right now, but things could change?" and feeling shaken by the altered reading.
As Chae Yoo-kyung realized her feelings for Ha Byung-yeol and pursued him, Ha Byung-yeol began to open up to her, while Jang Ho-am focused solely on Chae Yoo-kyung. The tangled love lines among the three heightened the tension and engagement. The love triangle involving Chae Yoo-kyung, Jang Ho-am, and Ha Byung-yeol, as well as Yoon Sang-hyuk, Lee Kyung-eon, and Hong Yoo-ra, reached a new level of intrigue, leaving viewers eager for the next episode.
'Possessed Love 2', which portrays the intricate romances of young fortune tellers caught between fate and instinctive attraction, airs every Tuesday at 10:20 PM.
