Autopsy Results Released 2 Weeks After Wheesung's Death: Police Say "There's No Criminal Suspicion"

The autopsy results from the National Forensic Service have been released two weeks after the death of singer Wheesung.

On the 31st, the police announced that they had received the autopsy results from the National Forensic Service, stating, "So far, no criminal suspicion has been identified."

Previously, Wheesung was found deceased at his home in Gwangjin District, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 10th. He was 43 years old.

While the police have received the autopsy results, they stated that they cannot disclose specific details about the cause of death to protect the deceased's dignity and prevent further distress to the family.

Earlier, the police had reported that the initial autopsy results indicated an undetermined cause of death.

On the 17th, Wheesung's family announced, "All the financial contributions received during the funeral will be donated in Wheesung's name to causes that can positively impact society."
