'Reborn Rich' Jo Han-chul Returns to Theater After 8 Years with 'Ki Hyung-do Play'

'Reborn Rich' actor Jo Han-chul is making his return to the theater after eight years with the play 'Ki Hyung-do Play.'

The play 'Ki Hyung-do Play' is a collection of short plays written by nine writers from the 'Creative Group Dok,' inspired by nine poems by the poet Ki Hyung-do. Jo Han-chul will showcase his acting skills in two of these short plays, 'Jealousy Is My Strength' by Cheon Jeong-wan and 'Jochiwon' by Kim Tae-hyung.

First, 'Jealousy Is My Power' is a story that sheds light on the life of an aspiring writer who grows old helplessly. Jo Han-chul portrays a character who is a teacher at a writing academy, struggling with jealousy and self-pity while being stuck in his reality. The anticipation builds to see how Jo Han-chul's detailed and humorous expression will bring this character to life.

In 'Jochiwon,' Jo Han-chul takes on the role of 'K,' a middle-aged man who encounters a soldier on leave on a train. Although he appears indifferent, 'K' harbors complex emotions, which Jo Han-chul is expected to portray with depth and nuance. The audience is eager to see how Jo Han-chul will capture the subtle emotional undertones between the lines and deliver a powerful performance.

Jo Han-chul made his acting debut in 1998 with the play 'One Room' and has since built a solid foundation with his intense acting skills, shining in numerous projects. Having established himself as a 'trustworthy actor' through his work in films and dramas, his return to the theater after eight years since 'Thursday with Him and Her' in 2017 is exciting news for many fans.
