The autopsy to determine the cause of death for the late Wheesung, who passed away on March 10, has been completed, and funeral arrangements are now underway.
On March 12, his agency, Tajo Entertainment, announced, "The autopsy conducted by the National Forensic Service was completed on the morning of the 12th."
They added, "Initially, the family intended to hold a quiet funeral due to concerns for the health of his mother. However, after careful consideration, the family has decided to create a time for mourning with many who loved Wheesung."
They continued, "We invite everyone who knew him, as well as those who found happiness through his music, to attend the funeral without hesitation. It would mean a lot to us if you could join us in ensuring that he does not leave this world alone."
Wheesung's funeral will be held at the Samsung Medical Center funeral hall starting on the 14th, with burial at Gwangneung Memorial Park after the 16th.
Wheesung was found unresponsive at his home in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, on the 10th after his mother visited following concerns from his manager about him not answering his phone. Emergency services were called, but he was pronounced dead.
