Lee Sung-jong of the group INFINITE has won a lawsuit against his former agency regarding unpaid settlement fees.
According to sources, Lee Sung-jong successfully sued his previous agency, SPK Entertainment (CEO Kim Seung-pil), for the payment of unpaid settlement fees.
Last year, Lee Sung-jong filed the lawsuit claiming that he did not receive the promised contract fees, as well as support for television appearances, fan meetings, and album releases. He also included claims for YouTube appearance fees and settlement payments from Japanese fan meetings, covering a total of two years of activities. He received a favorable ruling on February 28.
Having won the dispute with his former agency, Lee Sung-jong plans to focus on his activities with INFINITE.
On March 6, INFINITE made a glamorous return to the music scene with the release of their mini-album 'LIKE INFINITE.' They are set to hold their 15th-anniversary tour encore concert 'LIMITED EDITION' at the Inspire Arena in Incheon, on April 12 and 13.
