Singer-songwriter Lee Seung-yoon (35) is set to tie the knot, marking the culmination of a 9-year romance.
His agency, Marumro, announced on the 6th through the fan cafe that "Lee Seung-yoon will hold his wedding ceremony this month," adding that "the event will be a private ceremony attended only by family and close friends."
Lee's fiancee is an ordinary office worker who has been a source of support for him throughout their long relationship.
In a handwritten letter to his fans, Lee shared, "On a day in March when the seasons overlap, I will be getting married. I have realized that even in this uncertain world, there is someone I want to be with. I intend to honor the vague promise we made nine years ago with gratitude."
He also expressed his intention to "continue to live quietly and beautifully, just as I have until now."
Lee Seung-yoon, who gained fame as the winner of 'Sing Again,' is currently enjoying a peak in his career, having won three awards at the 22nd Korean Music Awards, including Best Rock, Best Modern Rock, and Musician of the Year.
