The show follows 'Mi-rae', a webtoon producer who, exhausted from her daily life, subscribes to a virtual dating simulation to experience romance. The unique premise of subscribing to a virtual boyfriend set against the relatable backdrop of a working professional's life adds an intriguing twist.
Jisoo will transform into 'Seo Mi-rae', a webtoon producer dreaming of a second chance at love in a virtual reality. This powerful dopamine rush brings her back to life as she experiences unrealistic romances with perfect men, awakening her long-dormant feelings for love. Jisoo, known for showcasing diverse roles, will present a story that resonates with modern audiences through her character 'Seo Mi-rae'.
Seo In-guk will play 'Park Kyung-nam', Mi-rae's colleague and rival webtoon producer. Although he is someone Mi-rae would rather avoid, he is recognized as a top performer in the workplace.
