DAYEON of K-pop girl group Kep1er and WON of boy group Ciipher's agencies confirmed that they are in a relationship.
On October 12, one Twitter user shared a thread on Twitter that caught the attention of all K-pop fans.
In the thread, there were photos of DAYEON and WON taken at different times.
They were either at the same place, wearing the same t-shirt or holding the same phone case/bag.
There was also a photo of DAYEON where the wallpaper on her phone was seen, and her wallpaper was the exact same photo that WON took and shared online before.
Not only that, but it also turned out DAYEON and WON bought matching pajamas.
DAYEON previously told fans that she bought Chip and Dale-patterned pajamas, and around the same time, WON uploaded a photo of himself wearing Chip and Dale-patterned pajamas with the caption, "It's been a long day and you've done a great job. Good night." alongside a purple heart emoji.
After seeing these photos, fans began to speculate that they were dating one another.
Then on October 13, DAYEON and WON's management agencies gave their official response to the matter; a somewhat vague response, but clear enough to say that the two stars are in fact together.
According to news outlet TEN ASIA, DAYEON's agency stated, "We can't deny it. We don't respond to dating rumors, because there is no reason why we should deny it."
WON's agency commented, "Any fact about their dating rumors cannot be checked. We respect our artists' privacy."
Both DAYEON and WON are the same age―born in 2003, and made debut in 2021; Kep1er in October 2021 and Ciipher in March 2021.
