SUNG JONG of K-pop boy group INFINITE shared how little he eats.
On September 27 episode of SBS POWER FM's radio show 'Cultwo Show', SUNG JONG made a guest appearance.
During the talk, the hosts Kim Tae-kyun and Yoo Min-sang asked SUNG JONG what he ate from the moment he got up until then.
SUNG JONG said, "I ate an egg. I divided the egg into three, and ate that throughout the day."
His answer completely shocked Kim Tae-kyun and Yoo Min-sang that they repeatedly asked if he was talking about one egg.
SUNG JONG laughed and responded, "Yes, one egg. I actually don't think I'll have dinner today. Or I might have three almonds. I'll see about that."
Kim Tae-kyun and Yoo Min-sang once again asked in extreme surprise, "What? Three almonds? Only three of it?"
SUNG JONG answered, "Yeah. When I don't have any energy in me, I have a pack of soy milk and three almonds. That gives me a great amount of energy to get me going."
He continued, "When I appear on shows, I don't even feel hungry, because I get energy just by being on those shows."
Then, the hosts asked SUNG JONG, "Have you always eaten only a tiny bit like that?"
SUNG JONG commented, "When I was young, my parents used to scold me for it all the time. But I certainly have started eating less after entering this industry."
Later on when one listener won a quiz and received a voucher that they could get a cup of Americano with, SUNG JONG made a comment that made lots of people laugh.
At that time, SUNG JONG stated, "We'll be sending you a voucher for Americano, a meal for you!"
SUNG JONG is 181cm in height, and he previously revealed that he weighs 51kg.
