K-pop girl group TWICE's management agency, JYP Entertainment, has responded to reports of TWICE member NAYEON's stalker is currently in Korea.

According to reports on September 22, NAYEON's stalker arrived in Korea in order to "celebrate NAYEON's birthday in person."

After the news, many fans of TWICE are questioning why necessary measures to stop his arrival in Korea were put into place.

The stalker first began making YouTube videos in September 2019, when he flew to South Korea to meet NAYEON.

In his latest video, the stalker continuously expressed that he loves NAYEON so much and came all the way back to Korea to surprise her with birthday gifts.

Back in 2020, JYP Entertainment had pressed criminal charges against the stalker and filed restraining orders against him.

At the time, the agency assured that the stalker would be arrested at the airport if he enters Korea, but somehow it seems like he passed security and entered Korea.

In regard to this, JYP Entertainment shortly shared, "We are currently discussing countermeasures with our legal department."
