Actress Song Hye Kyo and actor Park Bo Gum will work together for an upcoming romance drama.
On July 9, it has officially announced that the two stars are confirmed to join the new drama 'Boyfriend'.
The drama's production company, Bon Factory, stated, "Song Hye Kyo and Park Bo Gum have been confirmed to join 'Boyfriend' as female and male lead. We are currently in the stage of pre-production, and are planning to broadcast the drama in the latter half of 2018."
According to reports, Song Hye Kyo will play 'Cha Soo-hyun', a wealthy divorced single who sacrificed her happiness for her ex-husband's career.
Park Bo Gum will take the character named 'Kim Jin-hyuk', who works multiple part-time jobs while applying to various companies.
He is described as an innocent young man who knows how to find happiness in small things and to cherish it.
'Boyfriend' is scheduled to air its first episode in the later half of this year.
