The four members of K-pop boy group SHINee delivered a heartfelt message to their beloved member JONGHYUN with the group's latest title track.
On July 1 episode of SBS 'Inkigayo', SHINee finally unveiled songs from the third version of its sixth full album 'The Story of Light EP.3'.
'The Story of Light EP.3' was released on June 25, and it is the final version of the three different versions of its sixth album.
First, SHINee performed 'Tonight', which is an R&B track with touching piano sounds.
Lyrically, the song describes the moment of a person missing an ex-lover all night long.
The mellow music along with soft vocals of SHINee created an emotional atmosphere throughout the performance.
Not only 'Our Page' is the title track of 'The Story of Light EP.3', but it is also a special song dedicated to the group's fifth member JONGHYUN who passed away last December.
The song was written by all SHINee members thinking about their beloved member JONGHYUN, and it reflects their message of "We will be together until the end of time."
SHINee sings, "When we look back on the path that we walked along, we see five folded hands, tears, and memories. They are too vivid that we will never be able to forget them.", and "The beautiful words you left behind, they have become poems and songs. We know that these will reach where you are now."
At the end of the song, SHINee says, "The boys on May 25, 2008, waves of shiny green lights on a spring day, and time that we had will continue to travel around the world forever."
