PARK KYUNG from K-pop boy group Block B mentioned from an interview that he got help and advice from his member ZICO to release a solo album.
On June 29, PARK KYUNG sat down for a special interview with various media outlets, celebrating his new album release as a solo artist.
From the interview, PARK KYUNG described his latest title track 'INSTANT (Feat. SUMIN)' and how he could produce the song.
He said, "There's this team called '13' that produces songs with me. I reply on the team a lot, and I also get some feedback and advice from my member ZICO."
PARK KYUNG highlighted, "ZICO does have a wide musical spectrum. And he's very straightforward when giving advice. When he listened to the title track at first, he said the song sounded too chaotic."
He added, "ZICO said I should have some space between the rhythm and melody of the song. But I didn't really take his advice into consideration because I thought we have different styles."
PARK KYUNG noted, "I personally think that when there's a space between the rhythm and melody of the song, people would get bored. That's why I try to add elements as much as I can."
He laughed and commented, "There's no right answer, but we do have different styles for sure."
Meanwhile, PARK KYUNG released the title track 'INSTANT (Feat.SUMIN)' on June 22 and gained attention from the public with his unique music style.
