There is a chance that we may not be able to see K-pop boy group GOT7's member BAMBAM and another boy group NCT's member TEN performing with the other members of their groups for a few years.

BAMBAM and TEN are from Thailand, and Thailand has a mandatory military service that applies to all male citizens who have turned 21.

Many of the places are filled by volunteers, but the rest are subjected to a random draft lottery for a red or black card.

A black ticket means that you do not have to serve in the military, and you can continue with your life and career.

However, a red ticket means that you have to serve the mandatory military service for two years.

This army recruitment lottery is annually held in April, and although it depends on the area, the chance of pulling out a red card is around 20%.

Previously in 2009, a popular K-pop group 2PM's Thai member NICHKHUN took part in the army recruitment lottery to have his fate determined.

Fortunately, he was exempted from the military service, as all red tickets had been pulled out before his turn.

As BAMBAM and TEN are both around the age of 21, it has been said that they will be heading to Thailand this April to reach into the box with the hope of pulling out the black card.

At the moment, fans are desperately hoping for the two celebrities to pick out the black ticket.

We wish you the best of luck, BAMBAM and TEN!
