Korean actor Park Bo Gum won '2017 Korea Tourism Awards' for promoting Korea abroad.
On December 12, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Korea Tourism Organization announced that Park Bo Gum is chosen to receive its award for his contribution to Hallyu.
This is not the first time Park Bo Gum receive such award.
Last month, he received the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Commendation for the '2017 Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards'.
Then in February, he won the first place in Forbes Korea's '2017 Power Celebrity' award.
Recently, Park Bo Gum held his fan meeting tour in eight different Asian countries, successfully promoting Korea abroad.
Thus he was chosen to receive '2017 Korea Tourism Awards'.
Actor Park rose to stardom after shooting Korean TV series, 'Reply 1988' (2015-2016), and 'Love in the Moonlight' (2016).
