The newly-wed Hallyu star Song Hye-kyo's extraordinary wedding dress is garnering many people's attention.
Song Hye-kyo's wedding dress, which she wore at her wedding on the last day of October, is reportedly made by world famous luxury brand Christian Dior.
According to the relevant source, actress Song fell in love with Dior's 2017 F/W collection's black velvet dress. So with that design in mind, she chose different color, materials, and design for her wedding day.
It was made just for Song Hye-kyo, therefore there's only one dress like hers in the world. The fashion industry estimated her wedding dress to be over 100,000 dollars.
On November 5, Dior uploaded photos of how Song Hye-kyo's wedding dress was made, from the sketch to stitching processes. Dior also wrote a caption that said, "At Dior, our petites mains dedicated an almost unimaginable number of hours laboring over everything from the tiniest stitch and up in order to produce Song Hye Kyo's immaculate wedding dress."
According to the post, the dress was specially designed by the chief designer at Dior named Maria Grazia Chiuri.
There are few gorgeous doll-like celebrities who have ordered custom-made wedding dress from Dior in the past, including an Australian model Miranda Kerr, and Chinese model Angelababy.
