BTS might be the first-ever K-pop artist group to appear on American TV show 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'!
On November 2, Andy Lassner, the executive producer of 'The Ellen Show' left a tweet confirming BTS' future appearance on the show.
When a fan left a tweet asking the producer regarding BTS' chance to appear on the show, Andy Lassner tweeted, "It's gonna happen".
As the tweets immediately went viral throughout K-pop fan community, BTS' management agency Big Hit Entertainment released an official statement on November 3.
The agency stated, "BTS has been receiving offers to appear on multiple programs overseas, and 'The Ellen Show' is one of them. However, BTS' appearance on the show has not yet been confirmed."
Following the news, fans are expressing their excitements as BTS will be the very first K-pop group to appear on the world-famous TV show if they accept the offer.
