Im Siwan from K-pop boy group ZE:A is reportedly selected as an assistant instructor for new recruits his army division.
On September 19, Im Siwan's management agency Plum Actors confirmed, "Im Siwan is chosen as The 25th Division Recruitment Camp's assistant instructor for 21 months in army."
In South Korea, only well-trained soldiers are selected to serve as an assistant instructor. He will be in charge of training new recruits.
Im Siwan was enlisted in the military back on July 11 and joined 21-month-long mandatory military service.
He is set to be discharged from the army in April 10, 2019.
Prior to his enlistment, Si-wan pre-recorded a drama called 'King's Love' and its last episode is set to be aired today.
