[SBS Star] Spotlight On Kim Woo Bin's Special Habit, Keeping a 'Gratitude Journal'
Korean actor Kim Woo Bin's special habit has brought many people's attention. 

Last May, actor Kim Woo Bin was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, a rare type of head and neck cancer. Since then, he put a halt in the entertainment business and is only focusing on getting treatments.

But before he was diagnosed with cancer, he had an interview with the media and talked about himself. 

According to the interview, he realized how it feels to be close to death while shooting for KBS 2's drama 'Uncontrollably Fond'. He said, "Everything's meaningless if you are not healthy." 

He's known to keep a gratitude journal. Every day he would record things which he's grateful for. 

He said, "When I don't have much to write about, I would just write 'I ate three meals today. Thank you.' Jotting down some words relieve stress. I'm just thankful for not having an illness and well. There are no other grateful things than being healthy." 

Kim Woo Bin started to keep a gratitude journal since he was young, as his parents taught him to be grateful for little things. 

Recently, many sources revealed about actor Kim's health condition. It revealed, Kim Woo Bin lost 10kg but didn't have any side effect from the treatments he received.

Even his best friend, model-turned-actor Hong Jong Hyun confirmed, "Although I haven't seen him for a while, he told me he's getting better."

As Kim Woo Bin's romantic partner actress Shin Mina is reportedly taking care of him most of the times, many are cheering for the couple.
