[SBS Star] EXID to Record Comeback Album as 5 Members Including Solji

K-pop girl group EXID is gearing up for its fall comeback!

On September 14, it was reported that EXID will make its comeback some time around this fall.
The group's management agency Banana Culture Entertainment stated, "EXID is currently in the process of preparing its comeback, aiming for the end of next month. However, the exact comeback date has not been confirmed yet."

The agency added, "Solji plans to participate in the recording for the new album. However, whether she would also participate in promotional activities is a further issue to discuss."
EXID's main vocal member Solji was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism last December, taking some break on group's activity ever since.

However, Solji slowly made her appearance by making surprise visit at EXID concert and featuring in Korean music producer Primary's album 'Pop'.
