[SBS Star] VIDEO: Wanna One's Kang Daniel Tells How His Signature Dance Move Came Up

K-pop rookie group Wanna One's Kang Daniel revealed the story behind his signature 'thigh slide' dance.

On August 8th aired episode of SBS 'Han Bam', three members of Wanna One―Kang Daniel, Hwang Min Hyun and Park Ji Hoon shared their story about the group's debut.
 
During the interview, Kang Daniel talked about his famous 'thigh slide' dance from the 'Open Up' performance of 'Produce 101 Season 2'.
Kang Daniel said, "I did not practice (the thigh slide dance) at all. Kahi trainer told me to come forward and do something on my part."

He continued, "It made me think that I should at least do something, and the move spontaneously came out. It ended up receiving a good response from fans."
Meanwhile, Wanna One made their official debut on August 7th with 'Wanna One Premier Show-con' at Gocheok Sky Dome, Seoul.

Their debut title track 'Energetic' has been excelling various music charts, both domestically and internationally.
